• 2014 Creative Director - Led creative team in the start-up of Brand Ave Studios group servicing 72 Lee Enterprise Markets. Responsible for workflow, as well as the design of digital, interactive, social media and print ads, custom content editorials, photography, eblasts, video graphics, video production and editing. Conceptualize with the Development team on website design and digital graphics in BLOX. Designed branding campaigns for internal and external clients focusing on mobile first and positive user experience.

• 2009 - Creative Services Manager - Led creative team, responsible for departments’ needs and workflow, as well as the design of digital and print ads, eblasts, sales collateral, custom content editorials, and video graphics. Led training session for sales and creatives on best practices for digital design. Ideated to bring concepts to life in a visually interesting fashion, to capture user attention, create brand awareness and consistency across all platforms.

• 1997 - Assistant Art Director of Marketing & Promotion - Led team in conceptualize marketing pieces for Circulation, Advertising, and Editorial Departments. I designed promotional fliers, sales fliers and brochures, rack cards, created logos, PR ads, and magazine layouts for outside sources as well as in-house. Responsible for designing all web ad designs, as well as the structure and design of the news paper’s website.  
• 1995 - Lead Artist - Responsible conceptualizing and designing all special section magazines. Also responsible for design and layout of all sales materials as well as an advisor to Advertising, Marketing/Promotion, and Editorial Departments.

• 1993 - Lead Artist - O’Fallon, MO office. Responsible for designing ads to suit the client’s needs and special section creation for the Advertising Department.
